If you weren’t able to tune in yesterday for the return of Jace Hall’s 1337LoungeLive, you’ll want to join us today at 6 PM PST as we play Street Fighter X Mega Man, with live commentary and insights on the rise of independent games from IndieDB’s Dave Traeger. Then at 9 PM, popular vlogger Comic Book Girl 19 steps in to talk comics with you.
Yesterday, we welcomed major gaming industry insider Robert Welkner and gamer babe Hailey Bright for one of our coolest hangouts yet. Missed it? We’ve got your highlights:
For tonight: you may have been following the story of this little indie game that could. A Singaporean developer created an 8-bit mash-up of his two favorite games and caught the attention of Capcom, which has supported the game through its buzzworthy release. At 6 PM PST we’re not only playing SF x MM LIVE, but we’ve invited indie game expert and editor Dave Traeger of IndieDB, ModDB, Indie Royale and Desura to provide insight, commentary, and answers to your questions.
Desura’s vast network of indie game sites promotes the fast-growing community of passionate independent developers and the fans that love their builds. Dave will be joining our broadcast live from Australia!
Then at 9 PM PST, prepare for fun times with Comic Book Girl 19. On top of regularly dishing out pop culture and comic book reviews and news on her popular Youtube channel, our special guest is a noted artist and a fiery web personality. Get your chat on with the comic book maven who “reads everything, so you don’t have to.”
See you tonight when we open our virtual doors at 5 PM PST for our regularly scheduled fun and casual gaming before our guests arrive!

Logan Huffman wants to know who is posting comments about him online and asks Jace for help. Meanwhile Joe Flanigan is caught again flirting in the V costume. Jace heads to the set of Law and Order: SVU to catch up with Ice – T and Coco and the Starcraft II team gets “rushed” by World of Warcraft Lead Designer, Jeff Kaplan.
Jace has decided to take advantage of his co-hosting duties at the Sony Online Entertainment Fan Faire celebration, by showing his new music video to the thousands of EverQuest players in attendance, much to the dismay of the crowd. That didn’t stop one enthusiastic guest from doing something radical.
