Rockstar says GTA 5 is “the largest and most ambitious title in the series to date,” and that it will be available for pre-order on November 5th everywhere.
With only a window of Spring 2013 given it is hard to tell whether or not the release dates will be staggered worldwide. GTA 4 released in North America, Australia and Europe at the same time with Japanese gamers having to wait an additional 6 months.
The announcement comes just after the mobile re-release of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in celebration of the game’s 10th anniversary.
More details on GTA 5 will be coming next month.
