According to a recent poll by the Japanese pop culture site Biglobe, over 13,000 hardcore anime fans have voted and decided upon the very worst anime ever made. While certainly not a household name compared to a lot of other anime, on the list, it does seem to have quite a few haters.
I can say that the #1, Madoka Magica, is nowhere near as bad as a lot of otakus are saying they are. No one deserved to be placed atop that list more?
Is it sort of surreal, strange, near-impossible to understand? Positively. Convoluted with irrelevant characters and titles in that vaguely Pokemon way? Definitely. But the worst? The #2 spot, given to K-On!, deserves that honor much more.
According to Crunchyroll, this one comes straight on the heels of Biglobe’s equally infamous ‘most overrated anime ever’ poll, and while there are some who feel that this a much more egregious list to be placed on, there’s already a huge debate over which anime is more deserving of the honor. Here’s how the list of winners rounded out:
1. Madoka Magica
2. K-On!
3. Sword Art Online
4. Mobil Suit Gundam SEED
5. Fate/Zero

Jace heads to the set of Law and Order: SVU to catch up with Ice – T and Coco and the Starcraft II team gets “rushed” by World of Warcraft Lead Designer, Jeff Kaplan.

That didn’t stop one enthusiastic guest from doing something radical.
