Max Payne HD coming to mobile devices

Rockstar games sent out a press release earlier today announcing that Max Payne 3 will be launching sometime in 2012. However, many passed over the last paragraph which announces the company is also working on an HD remake of the original title for mobile devices (presumably Android and iOS).
