Toshiba has taken the wraps off what could quite possibly be the thinnest tablet yet with their 7.7mm thick AT200 ‘Excite’ weighing in at just 558 grams (that’s more than 1mm thinner than iPad 2 and Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1).
