A U.K. man by the name of Justin Success Brooks was making a killing selling counterfeit Wii, DS, ad DS 1 games, pirating and selling software at around 100-200 games a disc/cartridge.

Kotaku reports that the 41-year-old Mr. Success was doing pretty well for himself, until Nintendo caught wind of what he was up to via the UK Interactive Entertainment Association and decided to come after him.

We’re all of a week until the official theatrical release of The Avengers, and despite some early iterations of the film in both porno and super low budget versions, anticipation couldn’t be any higher for the $170 million film.
