Apple’s big iPhone 5 event in San Francisco just wrapped up and here is a break down of the major announcements.
As we expected, Apple revealed the iPhone 5 today with a larger 4-inch display, LTE capabilities, and a new A6 processor. Most of the specs for the new device, which starts at $199 (iPhone 4S is now $99 on contract), were revealed prior to the event, but below is the full run down. Make of it what you will, but Vodafone Germany has prematurely added ordering options to their website related to the iPhone 4S and an 8GB iPhone 4.
Of course there is no way of knowing whether or not these just are placeholders in preparation for tomorrow’s unveiling. Interestingly, Vodafone lists the iPhone 4S in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB variants, confirming previous reports. The site also lists all three models in both black and white.
