Square-Enix had a disappointing showing at the Playstation 4 unveiling last month, to say the least, once again showing the same tech demo/CGI footage that we have been seeing for a while now.
But today rumors have surfaced pertaining to a possible co-development plan for FF15 between Sony and Square.
According to a rumor from VGLeaks via NeoGaf Final Fantasy 15 is currently in development and will be exclusively for the Playstation 4.

Sony has gone and done it again. The company has offloaded its Sony City Osaki building for ¥111 billion which is equal to around $1.2 billion (via Joystiq).
In other Sony news we also have some screens released by Sony of the Ps4′s UI below.
Last month the company sold off its New York City headquarters is a deal worth $1.1 billion with investors from real estate firm The Chetrit Group.
Sony put the Tokyo-based Osaki building into a trust, where the rights were then sold to Nippon Building Fund Inc. as well as an anonymous “Japanese institutional investor,” split 60/40. Sony will remain in the building for an additional 5 years on a separate lease agreement.
This is part of Sony’s continued strategy to “strengthen its corporate structure.” Today’s press release regarding the deal states Sony’s reasons for the sale as: “Sony is transforming its business portfolio and reorganizing its assets in an effort to strengthen its corporate structure. This sale was conducted as a part of this reorganization.”
Sony stands to gain quite heavily from the deal. As a result of the sale, the company “expects to realize a gain…of approximately 41 billion yen (approx. $4.4 billion).”
Sony has had four successive years of losses including a loss of $820 million last fiscal year.
The company has dropped some screenshots of its upcoming PS4′s UI. You can check out images of the system’s video sharing, live streaming tools and social networking in the gallery below (via AllGamesbeta).

According to respected British media outlet The Times, Sony’s Playstation 4 will cost £300 (via Eurogamer).
The Times received leaked documents suggesting “that Sony is considering pricing the new device at about £300, more than £100 cheaper than the starting cost of its predecessor,” according to The Times.
The PlayStation 3 launched in the UK for £425. So a £300 would mark a significant price drop from last cycle. £300 equals about $464, keep in mind that consoles are traditionally less expensive in the US than in Europe.

While Sony’s handheld may not have the library of games many of us hoped it would, the Vita does offer an excellent mobile gaming experience. One thing we didn’t know was that regardless of how much storage space you have left on the device, it can only handle 100 apps at once.
The machine will offer up an error message asking the user to delete an application in order to add a new one.
This report comes from NeoGaf user Shagg_187, who provided the photo below of the Vita message early this morning. He claims his 32GB card had plenty of space left on it.
